Conforme descreve a Pesquisa de Estratégia e Gastos de CMO de 2023 do Gartner, 71% dos CMOs disseram que não têm orçamento para executar totalmente sua estratégia este ano. Três quartos dizem que enfrentam “uma pressão crescente para fazer mais com menos”. Esta tendência deverá continuar.

Trata-se de criar estratégias de aquisição de contas-alvo que alinhem as equipes de marketing e receita em torno da experiência e do crescimento do cliente – aumentando a conversão, retenção e expansão (enquanto reduzindo o desperdício orçamentário). Trata-se de ser ousado, confiante e deliberado sobre suas contas-alvo e por que você as está direcionando. E, para que conste, esse conjunto de contas ainda pode ter 1.000 ou 2.000.

Pesquisa e dados de intenção
Além disso, e dentro dessas contas, você provavelmente precisará de várias microestratégias, por exemplo, uma estratégia competitiva. Como você identifica os clientes adequados que atualmente utilizam sua concorrência? Como você identifica clientes em potencial que estão atualmente olhando para seus rivais de negócios?
Simples: dados de pesquisa e intenção! Se você começar a colocar dados de intenção em camadas sobre isso, poderá começar a ver exatamente quando alguém está no mercado para comprar de um concorrente ou buscando um produto/serviço como o que você oferece e direcioná-lo de acordo. Com o ABM combinado, você os inscreve em uma abordagem 1:Muitos, movendo-os para 1:Poucos ou 1:1 se for difícil de fechar e valer o tempo e o esforço.
Focar apenas em contas-alvo de alta probabilidade aumenta a probabilidade de conversão. Há, é claro, uma série de comitês de compras atualmente em suas mãos; quando você consegue transmitir com precisão seu valor e como transforma o mundo do comprador, você também tem maior probabilidade de sucesso ao ativá-los.
Para um ABM combinado bem-sucedido, você precisa de uma visão única do cliente. Alinhe suas equipes de marketing, vendas e sucesso do cliente em torno de um CRM como o HubSpot e comece a compartilhar informações vitais sobre clientes, alvos, empresas e conteúdo que está funcionando (ou não).

Com ABM combinado como base de sua estratégia e o conhecimento aprimorado de seu cliente alcançado por meio do acima, você está usando muito mais foco conteúdo e anúncios vão atrás apenas das contas-alvo no mercado – especialmente porque apenas 6% do seu público-alvo está no mercado ao mesmo tempo. Isso, por sua vez, gera SQLs de maior qualidade e um ROI de campanha mais claro, o que significa que seus objetivos de vendas e marketing também ficam alinhados – e este último pode provar inequivocamente sua contribuição para a receita.
